All service descriptions presented on the site are accurate and verifiable. We do not make promises or guarantees that cannot be supported by our technical expertise and experience.

2. Rights and Obligations

2.1. User Rights

• Requesting quotes or consultancy through official contact channels.

2.2. User Obligations

• To provide correct and complete information when requesting a quote.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are for consultancy and recommendation. Erkanvida is not liable for:

• Final investment or operational decisions made by the client based on our consultancy.
• Profit losses, business interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the information provided.
• Consequences of the practical application of recommendations under operating conditions different from those assumed in the analysis.
• Any damages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Erkanvida's total liability is limited to the invoiced value of the service for the specific case.

4. Financial Conditions and Termination

4.1. Fees and Payments

Service fees are communicated in the written quote and are valid for the specified period. All prices are in Lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable. Payment is made according to the terms stipulated on the invoice.

4.2. Refund Policy

Consultancy and audit services are customized and performed on order. Returns or refunds are not accepted after the commencement of service delivery, except in cases expressly provided for by mutual written agreement.

4.3. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the collaboration in writing, respecting a reasonable notice period and the financial obligations contracted until the termination date.
